Every Property that gets a REAC Inspection has a Property ID Number assigned by HUD Every Company that has One or More Such Properties has at least One Person who has been assigned a User ID Number and System Password that Allows them to Access certain Records that include you REAC Inspection Summary Report This person must Log In to the HUD Secure Systems Website They must download the REAC Inspection Summary Report and Save it in the Original Format They must download the Photo Index (specific instructions here) They should then email both of these things to us.
