What Does it Mean When We Say that an Inspectable Area is "In the Hole?"
	example below is taken from an actual REAC scoring report
	The Building Systems for this building suffered 5 high scoring deficiencies that added up to more points than it was even possible to lose in this Inspectable Area.  It therefore scored ZERO for the Building Systems portion of the inspection.  it was "in the hole" by 22.98 points!
	If we successfully appealed the Domestic Water Leak worth ten points, how many points would we get back?  (See below)
	The Building Systems score does not change, so the overall property score does not change, either.
