So - you should be looking at a web page that contains a list very much like this one:

You need to copy the list of deficiencies and links to corresponding photos

Do so by:

- placing your cursor (mouse pointer) at the top left corner of the table

- pressing and holding the mouse button and dragging the cursor to the bottom right corner of the block of info, highlighting or selecting the info

- copying it (right mouse click and choose "copy" -or- you can press "control-C" in Windows to copy it)

Now - you will PASTE this info into

- an EMAIL - which is what we like best,

- a Word document if you like, or

- an Excel spreadsheet document

Paste into an EMAIL

The only catch with this method is that the email must be in html format rather than plain text format.

If you are using Outlook, start a new email and make sure it is set for HTML like this:

Once you have done this, you can simply send us the email!

NOTE: Be sure to repeat the copy and paste operation as many times as needed to capture ALL PAGES of photo links

If this is too complicated, use one of the other methods below.

Paste into a Word or Excel document

- of course, you must open a new document in whatever program you are using

- then you place your cursor in the document

- then you PASTE by using right mouse click and selecting "paste" -or- by using "Control-V" in Windows applications

- then you must SAVE the document to a location where you can easily find it again and attach it to an email

NOTE: Be sure to repeat the copy and paste operation as many times as needed to capture ALL PAGES of photo links
