	Before we go any further, let me give an overview: I can already see the photos from your inspection through a "back door" in the HUD system, I do not need you to send me any photos at all, I can already see them.  The problem is I cannot see which photo goes with which defect in the REAC report, I have to guess at this. What I need is the index page or listing of defects, observation numbers, and photo numbers that include a link to the matching photo.  This allows me to know for certain which photo matches any given defect in the report. It seems that the thing that makes this a mystery to some users is that they do not realize - once you send me that list - the links work without a user ID.  Anyone can click on the links and see the photos without a user ID and password.  If you send me the index, I can instantly look at every photo and know which defects photos match. If you know how to copy and paste, all you need to do is go to that photo page, copy all the text and links, and paste them into an email or other kind of document and send me that. If there is more than one page, copy and paste each page. This literally takes minutes or even seconds once you are logged in and looking at that page.
