If your in a unit and the furnace is in the attic. Would it be inspected with the unit or the building

Downspout with overgrowth that has damaged the downspout and the wall that the downspout is resting on. Would you just mention the overgrowth or the downspouts and overgrowth separately.

If the door has weatherstripping in place and it's still showing outside light, can the owner adjust the weatherstripping to prevent the light or does the owner have to repair the door frame?

For window sills: Is it required that they be cleaned and maintained?

If a deficiency is noted that is tenant-related. What level is the repair or how soon does it have to be fixed?

If you have flammable material in a locked maintenance area, Are you still required to lock the gas cans in storage?

Blocked window. If in a bedroom the window is blocked and the other window is open providing egress do you still have to take a point away?

Ponding- If the site has a contractor currently working on a ponding issue in the parking lot do you still take points off because it's present at the time you are completing your inspection?

You mentioned a mailbox that doesn't have a cover. What if you have multiple mailboxes across the site do you have to count all the mailboxes individually? Do you average or do you take off points for each even though the point is like (0.2)?
