How is all of this information recorded? Is there a standard form that helps you walk through it, or perhaps a computer program?

During a REAC inspection, the HUD contractor inspector uses REAC’s proprietary software called RAPID 4.0. During a Pre REAC – a consulting inspection like we do for our clients – our inspectors use our proprietary software, Inspect5. There are also forms that a person could use if they wanted to try to duplicate the inspection without dedicated software.
