ADA/504/FHEO bathroom requirements

In elderly / nursing homes, are we checking to make sure bathrooms are set up for ADA requirements. Otherwise if in elderly / nursing homes do we mark it up if there are no assistance bars and spacing around toilets and sinks to account for handicap people.

Nope. If we are doing a pure UPCS inspection, the only FHEO/UFAS standards we know are the ones listed.
However – if we were doing a state sponsored LIHTC inspection for the state of Georgia, they do include a pretty comprehensive list of ADA issues alongside their UPCS list.
Keep in mind that there may be agencies who use UPCS alongside some other kind of standards.
