Trip hazards don't count in Units?

You mentioned trip hazards are only outside. Can you please explain further?

No, I do not believe I ever said Trip Hazards only exist outdoors, I would have perhaps said they are only scored outdoors. When we cite a Trip Hazard in a Unit, the property does not lose any points for this. When we cite a Trip Hazard on the Site, the property loses about 5 or 6 points. This, by the way, can only be deducted once. If we find another Trip Hazard on the Site, or 100 more Trip Hazards on the Site, we still lose the same 5 or 6 points, once, the first time it is cited.
