Fence damage vs sharp edges?

If a chain link fence does not have a top cross post, would you mark the chain link fence tops as sharp or pointy object.

It has happened that an inspector has cited that, but very rare. I would not advise citing this unless there was something very abnormal, sharper than the normal fence materials.
