oil and chemicals on pavement

Are we checking cement / parking lots for chemical hazards such as oils, antifreeze, etc as if someone was woking on their car and got liquid on cement. Would we mark it

We would only cite a defect if that chemical caused a hole… ever see the Aliens movies? Like the acid that eats a hole to the center of the earth?
