Would it be considered a point deduction in the event mgt is unable to provide run up reports for the
generators and the inspector is unable to test?

Yes, you lose about 1.5 points if there are no run-up records, assuming this is a single bldg property.

The inspector would NEVER test your generator. This is not part of the inspection.
