Where are drain covers and cleanout covers located? At the property?
Floor drain covers will be found in mechanical rooms that have an AC air handler, and in basements.
A sewer clean out can be found in a mechanical room or on the grounds, usually near the foundation. When you are walking around a building, look for pipes in the ground.
