Bathroom sink and tub drains
Bathroom sink and tub drains
Bathroom sink and tub drains- if both are clogged do you divide the points on each or does each count as their own? Is a tub required to have a stopper?
Re: Bathroom sink and tub drains
Great examples, because they work differently.
Clogged drains in the Bathroom is one defect, and the points are deducted only once, whether there are multiple drains or a single drain clogged – however, a clogged drain the Kitchen is a separate defect that counts on its own. One is a Bathroom clog the other is a Kitchen clog.
Missing stoppers in the sink and in the tub are separate defects and both count.
One is counted as sink damage and the other is counted as tub/shower damage.
