Storm or Hurricane Damage and Erosion

Erosion: if there is any damage caused by storms (hurricanes), is there ever a time where this type of
damage wouldn’t be cited in the property review if it’s already acknowledged in a property claim?

The inspector will always cite this and then it will be up to us to appeal it. For a successful appeal, we will need to provide evidence that this was hurricane damage – perhaps some before and after photos, but certainly an insurance claim.
