What is the most common unit defect that is frequently missed?
Oh… that’s hard… and you probably mean “what does the property staff miss?” as opposed to “what does the REAC inspector miss?”
Personally, I think it is more constructive to ask “What are the highest scoring items in the Unit, so I can be sure to look for them?”
