Sorry, but “how do we treat mold/mildew” is completely outside the scope of the UPCS protocol. This is a question for an industrial hygienist, and the answer will depend on many factors like “is it mold or is it mildew?” Where is it? Is it on the surface or does it penetrate into the material? Why is it there? There is no one simple answer like, “spray it with bleach” - which is a very bad answer. Bleach may be more dangerous and damaging than the mold/mildew. If we are trying to answer this question for the property, we can put ourselves in the position of legal liability for injury, health impact, or property damage by getting into areas of discussion that are beyond our expertise.
