Ponding because of drainage issues on another property?

How does it work when it comes to draining or ponding when the ponding happens on the site being inspected but the fault is on a neighboring site drainage issue?

If there’s ponding, we don’t care what’s causing it, we write it up.

However, on the consulting end of this, we should be aware that such a situation might be appealable.
